Easy. Just try to be liked by District Vice President and job is yours. This is the goal to be hired at AM position. Lots of politics, hiring is based on personal empathy of DVP.

General interview mostly behaviour questions and some related to experience overall average and good.
First round with hr and then seconf with 2 managers and final round is with director
The process is around 1 hr, asked basic behavior questions and walked through each point in the resume. Also, the HM introduced the their daily work. Not a stressful process.
