It went smoothly, HR interview and panel interview with 2 managers in the district, more behavior questions and branch manager meeting more like a discussion of the duty and scheduling

Behavior questions like why Scotia bank, how do you handle clients, conflict with coworkers , how do you manage multiple tasks at the same time
The interview had three rounds involving behavioural, technical and situational questions. The first round was withe HR follwed by second round with the hiring team and the third round was a panel interview.
Minimal questions but precise and brief situations. Experience and adaptability are major factors for success. Ready for all the numbers you gathered in your career explaining its details and impact for the situation you held in your experience.
