I applied online. After 10days, I got an email from HR person. First of all,I had to complete preliminary Questionnaire. After 10days again, I got online assessment and phone interview invitation. It took one hour. She asked my working experiences on my resume. and then asked a couple of behavioral questions. Usually she asked whether I had sales experiences. It is important to answer questions all should be related to sales experience.

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Scotiabank (London, ON) in May 2022
Interview
It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.

Very friendly and focused on creating a dialogue, have to go through multiple interviews so only negative is that it can take quite a while to actually get to the end with an offer
