telephonic interview. ask about past experience, skills and knowledge acquired from previous jobs. what applied for position.ask different situational questions and took about 45 minutes to completed the entire process. She start with work experience and move to situational questions. Experience was quite ok.

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.
