2 stage interview process . Generic email received advising not successful however would be happy to provide feedback….. 4 weeks down the line I’m no further forward with any feedback and so I’ve made peace with not receiving any at all. Ive been left disappointed with the recruitment process at Scottish power and had expected more . I would have hoped there would have been a better understanding of providing candidates that have taken the time to prepare and complete a 2 stage interview process with a little feedback.
