Interview
I went through an initial phone screen and then was asked to come in for several hours of interviews. I met with several managers, one person who would have been a peer and the director of the area.
Interview consisted of the standard behavioral based questions and probing questions into past experiences. Everyone was very open and honest about their experience at Scotts.

Interview
Two part interview, first was online where you sit in front of your webcam and answer questions. Not to bad but I can see it tripping up people who aren't comfortable with that style.
Second interview was a marathon, 3hrs later I had talked to most people in the chain and had a good understanding of what was expected and for their personalities.
Roughly 2 weeks after the second interview I got the job offer.

The interview process was super rushed, HR was not even involved. Answers about exact roles and responsibilities were vague and, as I found out, dishonest. Entire process took about two weeks before receiving the offer. I was able to negotiate for more vacation time, salary was very fair already. Take the time to really learn if the company is a good fit for you!!
