Scouting America Development Director interview questions

The hiring manager was unaware of a scholarship fund on his own portion of the council website. It was named after a deceased camp ranger whom I knew personally. He had no idea what I was talking about. Also, I was ghosted after the initial interview. This should never happen in an organization where you can literally run into that same unprofessional person at a training conference or an all-hands someday. So disrespectful.
