      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Scouting America (Muncie, IN)

      Interview

I had two interviews. I interviewed with the District Director as well as the District Executive. The interview was very laid back and both of the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and trying to figure out how I could fit in the organization. Their response time was less than a week.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Scouting America (Denver, CO) in Sept 2011

      Interview

I saw a job announcement on Craig's List in the "non-profit organization" category. I responded to their ad by submitting my resume via e-mail. The manager called me; we talked some over the telephone, and he invited me to come their office for an interview. The interview was with him and one of the directors. The manager called me a few days later and offered me the position. A couple of days later, I went to the office for a two-hour "orientation" session during which I and three other people who had also been selected completed some paper work.
