Wow. This was bad. I had a phone screen from HR and she knew almost nothing about the position. She asked me briefly about my background, thought I would be a good fit and then asked about salary. I did not know enough about the position to even answer and then was asked "What is the least amount of money you will work for?" There was talk of a week in training in Kansas. HR employee was unable to answer any questions and got upset when I was curious why we were talking. This was not the standard culture fit or background interview. I also was then given a bait and switch with regard to the schedule for which I applied.

I was called to set up a Phone interview , after the phone interview I was schedule with an in person interview and then offered the job the same day.
