Process took 2 months. Initial phone screen and then they brought folks in for a Power interview day. There were two parts, a behavioral and technical interview. Both relatively easy. Mainly asked about experience on resume. The behavioral portion was standard...tell me about a time you made a difficult decisions...and so on.
