I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Seamless (Houston, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
Very bad experience with the interview process. They decided to use me as training for a new hire interviewer who didn’t even look at me during the interview process. I could tell she was just reading off a script which is fine, however, I skillfully answered the questions and tried to make general conversation because we are in sales after all but to no avail she just seemed uninterested. To top it all of, my initial recruiter who reached out to me for applying to Seamless ghosted me. After everything was said and done, I got a no reply email about not moving on with no explanation. Good luck trying to hire and retain talented employees (I definitely dodged a bullet with this one).

Are you willing to relocate?
I applied online. I interviewed at Seamless (Canton, MI) in Jan 2022
Interview
The first call was great. Not a ton of questions though. He was warm and gave a lot of information. Has a lot of potential!
The second interview was the worst I have ever heard of... The person was super cold and uninterested.
When I brought up the criticism found here, the interviewer tried to say that Glassdoor reviews are distorted. However, I have only seen reviews like this for struggling companies. There was no ownership. I was really hoping for honesty and to hear what plan they have in place to change. After the denial, I got the explanation for what they are doing to change things. It was very strange. Despite the denial, I was still interested. Not surprised, but I didn't get the third interview. I would stay away.
PLEASE NOTE that they take monitor screen shots and require you to be on Zoom. Yikes.

Question 1
What is your pay expectation?
What do you need to know on order to change roles?
unprofessional and non-responsive. 2nd round interview invitation ended up in my spam folder. The interviewer made it seem as it was my fault, even after I sent a follow up email from my first interview. This email contained a question and received no response. Recruiter did not reply on LinkedIn to confirm either.
