4 rounds 2 with recruiter + with Manager/VP Includes written test My interview was fairly straightforward, we discussed my experience, the role details, and the expectations. The team was very transparent through out and I also appreciated how quick the team was to respond. I was also able to stay directly in touch with the recruiter for any and all questions. The whole process took about a week and a half

Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews, each one went very well and all involved seemed excited to move forward. Received an employment offer and approved salary.
Was told they would reach out within the week with next steps
Never heard back from anyone. Sent multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls. No answer.
They've ghosted me after the end of the hiring process.
Why? Seems plenty of other experienced the same thing. It's suspicious.
