I interviewed at Search for Common Ground (Washington, DC)
Interview
It was pretty easy and to the point. It was a 30-minute conversation. The interviewer was very professional and very descriptive of the job requirements, the location, and expectations. Unfortunately I didn't get the job but it was totally worth my time.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Search for Common Ground (Dushanbe)
Interview
The entire process took about six weeks. First there was a written exam. Then there was a panel interview. The overall experience was pleasant. The team was patient and very responsive.
Screening and two rounds of interviews, plus a conversation with the CEO. All signs pointed to an offer but they decided to rescind the position altogether in the end. They didn't communicate this to me until I followed up two weeks later.
