I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2011
Interview
I applied online received an email and scheduled an appt. The day before the interview I received a phone call canceling because the position had been filled. The got a call the day after asking if I wanted to reschedule the interview I cancelled. That was really odd to me but I went anyway. I met with someone whom I'm not sure if she was an assistant manager, manager or associate. We spoke for a brief moment then she told me that the hiring manager would call me for another interview. I never got a call.
