      Business Process Improvement Manager Interview

      21 Sept 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Hoffman Estates, IL
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sears (Hoffman Estates, IL)

      Interview

Two weeks after applying, received an initial phone call from the HR Recruiter, asking basic questions about my background, then I had to take an online personality assessment. A quick tip about this assessment, be decisive. If it asks you questions from a scale of 1-10. don't pick 5. They're looking for someone who can make a decision, and not hem and haw. I was then scheduled for an onsite interview at their HQ in Hoffman Estates where I met and interviewed with 2 Directors. Most of the questions surrounded how you would handle hypothetical situations, and "Explain a time when..." Pretty basic and simple questions. It was an overall pleasent interview. I received an offer a few days later.
