Easy interview, they asked basic soft skill questions and put an emphasis on selling credit cards. Originally only a seasonal position, but I did well enough that they hired me full time. There is a high turn over rate though.

I applied for the position at the location, the online application is very user friendly. The personality test was a bit more time consuming. Overall the whole process took less than 2 weeks.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were faced with an extremely upset customer and how you handled the situation to put the customer at ease.
Interview was extremely easy. Looking for someone for the holidays for a temporary position but was hired on due to high credit card sales. Interviewer asked basic situational questions and some behavioral questions as well.
Was asked to arrive at a given time. There were 10+ other people scheduled for that time. I was 2nd in line, so I stayed, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time.
