I applied online and received an email one week later for an interview. Waited in their office for a while and got interviewed by my would-be boss. I was the only one there which surprised me because as I would find out later, the backroom was understaffed even with me being hired.

Interview
It took me 4 days after I applied to get my interview. The interview was one on one and very easy. I arrived 15 minutes early and we started the interview early which was really nice. The interview was about 10 minutes long. They ask basic interview questions. The lady I interview with was really nice and made the interview really easy for me. She called me back hours after my interview to offer me a position as a back room associate.

Give a time when you had a conflict with your manager about something and what did you do?
short, asked a few simple questions but overall was a great learning experience. They required employee to be able to lift a certain amount of weight (about 50 pounds). The position was for part time work
Easy, got called in and asked some questions and was shown around and introduced to other workers and what I would be doing. Everyone was friendly and it was a quick interview.
