I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sears
Interview
Met a current HR employee and told her I was looking for work as I was laid off. Came in with resume, they were impressed with previous experience, offered job that day. Store manager seemed nice at the time.

Question 1
Name a time you had a disagreement with a co-worker.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (Savannah, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was very easy to interview. Instead of asking the same mundane questions that were on the paper, the associate told me what to expect in terms of the job and what is expected of me. They also convinced me to apply for another department.

Question 1
What was something that I did at previous employment that kept a customer?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sears (Saginaw, MI) in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview process was easy. The questions were scripted (literally the manager sat in front of a computer and read questions from the screen). There was little eye contact as, like I mentioned, the manager was staring at their computer screen 95% of the time. The questions were not difficult, I think a ten year old with any kind of deception skills could have effectively negotiated the interview process.
