Sears Consumer Electronics - Sales interview questions

I applied online and got a call that night. My interview was the next day at 11. I was actually interviewed at 11:30. This is normal in a lot of situations. The interview was relaxed and quite casual, and the questions were pretty much expected. Questions about how to calm down an angry customer, or what changes to make so a product sells that otherwise was not selling well, etc. I was a little put off by the interviewer's examples of selling. They came off aggressive, but I understood why, since sears isn't in the best shape. I could tell sears was big on availability, so make sure to say your schedule is open and you can work 24/7. I haven't received word back on a second interview, so we will have to say. All in all, just relax.
