Sears Inventory Analyst interview questions

I applied online and about 3 weeks later I received a call from HR. After speaking with the recruiting manager, I was invited to go to the headquarters in Hoffman Estates for an in-person interview. It was a 3-hour panel interview in which I met with 4 groups of interviewers back to back from different departments and spoke with a total of 10 people. Overall the interview was casual and I had a chance to speak about my experiences as well as learn more about the company/role. I received an offer 3 days after the interview.

The overall process was very low key and easy-going. There was a single in-person interview with 2 managers and an employee in the current position. The recruiter prepared me ahead of time and gave me sample interview questions that the managers would ask. I brought projects with me to show my experiences from college, they really enjoyed that. I had very minimal Excel experience (which is a major part of the job), but they were confident that I would be able to learn quickly. I heard back within 2 weeks with an offer.
