One on one interview with the director of aquatics. He was very friendly, and open to give someone like myself, who had no experience, a chance to work with the more experienced guards.

Conversational and smooth, applied at 16 and worked as a lifeguard for a few summers. Do have to pass certain certifications to lifeguard and lakes vs pools. Overall great experience with this company.
