Interview
The first stage is a HR screening. And after there is one big interview 2.5 hours included System Design, Behavioural, Code Review. Like a lot of processes nowadays that is not clear what they want exactly. You should be end to end deliverer as well as you should be a team player. Asking questions equals you can't make decisions on your own.
