Second Baptist Church interview questions

Never got an interview. The process was really long. Once they picked someone they never told me that I didn't get the job. The person who got the job was a friend of the person hiring

Basically, was getting hired to intern with just one of the pastors. Had a series of phone calls with him. I was very well known at the church prior though, and everyone knew me, so he probably talked with a number of other pastors who knew me well.
