Interview
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 days. I was invited to see their lead developer and team lead. Very well thought out exercise was given to me to solve a problem in 40 minutes. At the end of exercise I was asked questions about the code structure. At the end of the interview I was left on my own at the door of the interview room. I was at least expecting the team lead and the CTO to show some respect and escort me towards the reception. But I guess it was too much to ask. Outright rude and outrageous!
