The first round was an online programming contest. I will rate the problems in codeforces (1300-1600) category. Then if you pass the coding test they'll call you for viva & written.

Interview
In the first round there was an online coding contest in ACM style and problems include segment tree, binary search, implementation, graph etc. Those were some quality problems.
Top 15 from the first round were called for an online interview. Interview was 2h long and there were two phase.
In the first phase they asked theoretical questions from data structure, graph, divide and conquer, dynamic programming, recursion etc.
In the 2nd phase there was a coding test on google docs and problems were not that much hard. And forgot to mention they were very friendly during the whole process.

First there was a simple written exam.
Secondly they take a onsite programming contest who got passed the written exam.
Finally there was a face to face Interview for final candidates.

They gave some random programming problems. One have to solve those problems and explain against his/her own answer. Then some basic conversation. whole interview was very comfortable and very friendly.
