I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Seerene
Interview
1. Chat with the hiring manager in person
2. Case study and presentation over a video call
3. Chat with wider team
4. Chat with CPO
Overall, a very disorganised company. They forgot to send me invitations for 3 appointments and I had to make last minute arrangements to reschedule with them. Later they made me a verbal offer which was well below the salary expectations that I set in my first chat. This led to a chat with the CPO. After that, they send me an automated email with a rejection. All left an impression that they don't know what they want and don't listen to their candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The usual questions about your experience. Otherwise case study about a product they are about to launch. The hiring manager didn't ask any specific questions though. The CPO gave a real-life example of a product challenge (build a real-time analytics system with a team of any skill set)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Seerene (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
They use oustuff hr service architechts.io for recruitment. The CEO did't answer to any particular question, about the work process in the company. Just sad it's NDA.
The "Why do you want to work at Seerene" seems to be the main question at the interview.
