I applied online, then completed an automated phone screen, followed by a phone interview with a recruiter, a screening, and a skills test. After that, I had another interview with the hiring manager. The entire process took about 8 business days from when I first applied. The recruiter was great-she provided detailed information and even sent me sample calls to help me prepare. She guided me through each step, calling 30 minutes before the interview to make sure it was still a good time and confirming that I could log in to the virtual interview link without any issues. The interview with the manager went well it was easygoing and straight to the point. The main part was a role play of the type of calls I’d be handling, which went smoothly. Overall, the company made the process simple and stress-free. What really stood out was how easy and organized everything was, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
