I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Seneca Family of Agencies (San Leandro, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I had the opportunity to attend the panel Interview in March. There were about 7-10 people in the room. The HR manager asked us a couple of questions about our prior experience with kids with drug use issues, family issues, and emotional issues in the capacity of a counselor. Almost all of the questions he asked are situational which means you should have some experience from your job that enable you to deal with future problems.
