    Online Interview via Adobeconnect interview room. Initial conenction issues with PC version but eventually connected through phone app. Various questions varying in degree of difficulty in that it became apparent as the interview progressed that they were not really looking for your own opinions but rather a pre-defined set of generic answers that could be ticked off a list.

    You initially have a telephone interview, then if you get through to the next stage you have a virtual one to one interview via a webcam on adobe connect. If successful with that you have a group assessment via adobe connect with timed tests , and another interview . You find out with in about 2 days

    Complete the online application and then if that passed you get a one to one phone interview. If you pass that interview you are invited to a 2 - 4 hour virtual interview when the role is clearly explained to you and the clients available. You are given full information on each client and the role and then you complete some on line assessments. You then have a one to one interview with a manager and they view your working area. If you pass all the above you are matched to a client and offered a contract
