My interview process wasn't exactly traditional but nonetheless an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was introduced to ServiceTitan on October 10th through talent acquisition outreach. Initially I began interviewing for the Enterprise AE role which was a standard interview process speaking with multiple facets of the organization; VP's, CRO and Director of SE. Ultimately they decided to move forward with a candidate with more experience and pre-existing relationship. They were transparent about the competition toward the end of the interview process and asked if I would be interested in interviewing with another team they felt I could be an asset to. Based off my positive conversations and experience interviewing up to that point, I told them I was open to it. This launched me into the interview process with another team within ServiceTitan where I essentially started over. However, I will say that the new recruiter and managers I spoke with for the new role were debriefed on my background as well as they could be in order to avoid redundancies. My final interview, I was flown to LA to meet with 6 members of the team; Manager, Director Customer Success, Director Project Management, Director Product Management, Director Implementation, and a Facatime interview with the VP of that team. Each individual was professional, informative, and asked thought provoking questions. I felt very positive about the experience and was thoroughly prepared by the incredible talent acquisition team and received an offer at the end of the approx 4 hour interview. It was a hard pass for me. Kidding, I was thrilled and accepted the offer and am excited to be working with such an intelligent and accommodating group of individuals that exude greatness.
