I went through an initial phone interview and a video interview that lasted around 2 hours. They were all very polite and nice. They actually wanted to get to know me on a personal level while also maintaining a level of professionalism.

The hiring and interview process is done in 3 stages. The first stage is an interview with a recruiter from the HR department. During the second stage you are interviewed by your supervisors. And the last and final stage is an interview and a test where mainly your English skills and logic skills are assessed . Throughout the whole process all the people you encounter are super nice and polite.
