Recruiting screen, interview with hiring manager, and then they gave homework - create a business flow and presentation with potential solutions for a panel of about 4-5 people, based on a pretty open-ended and vague scenario/set of questions. Recruiter was really engaged and extremely communicative in the beginning. Appreciated the transparency. Things seemed to be going well and then they completely ghosted me after the presentation and panel interview. I put in a lot of work to create the required presentation, so I'm not left with a great impression.
