Process is quite straight forward
Rounds:
- Screening round (Aptitude test)
- 45 min round with a Sr. SDE (Domain Fundamentals)
- 60 mins with a panel (3 interviewers) combing your entire experience
- CTO round
- HR Round
The Interviews were conducted in a timely fashion. Almost everyone from the technical domain was jovial, approachable and conducted great interviews.
The sad part is that even after acing all my rounds (except HR round), i never heard back from them (not even a rejection).
I had weird conversation in HR round where the HR was citing my career to be "unstable". It's funny since some of the departures i'd been through were out of my control. And i am not a industry veteran yet, So i don't understand what kind of stability are they looking for, and how I could've for eg: Stopped layoffs or stopped a company from shutting down.
