Shady Rays User Experience Designer interview questions

The interview process was over many weeks and required a significant time investment, including 2 separate unpaid assignments that took several hours to complete. While the recruiter and other team members I met were professional and pleasant to work with, the overall process felt really disorganized. I got the impression that the company and owner were not fully aligned on what they were looking for, which made the process frustrating. After investing a considerable amount of time and effort, I ultimately felt that my expertise and time were undervalued. I've interviewed with many companies throughout my career and have never had this experience. Thankfully, I found my dream job shortly after, so things worked out for the best.
