There was a 2 stage interview process. I received a general call asking myself about why I thought I was the right fit for the role, the pay etc and then I was offered a formal interview over Zoom with the team coordinator and governance manager.

Unable to remember specific questions asked but some revolved around my current skill set in my then role as a claims specialist.

The interview had a three stage process and they had asked simple basic questions and mainly focused on the individual themselves. The people interviewing were very kind and the talent acquisition team were very nice and helpful.

It was ok, interview wasn’t too difficult but the interviewer seemed uninterested and distracted which was off putting
But I got the role but declined as I’d heard bad things about the higher management and their attitude towards hard working staff
