First call was via Indeed with the team, and then the second interview was in person for 46 minutes. The in person interview questions were basic and I had a hard time resding the culture . Asking what kind of animal I would choose to be, and how I work with other people. Additionally as the role was described more, there was an increasing sense that it position was going to be more than listing management and lean more into marketing. Which should be compensated as such. Overall, I decided to go a different direction but enjoyed the process.
