the interview are balance between technical and behavioral questions. they also were kind enough to give feedback of the interview. I also get to know more about the company as they expert in fastener of oil and gas industry. personally it was a pleasant experience with the interview and surrounding.

Interview
The interview process was easy. First interview involved common machining questions such as indicating in drills and S.F.M, changing inserts and spotting dull inserts. There were also questions concerning shift requirements and prior supervisor-level experience.
