Skype interview with the Principal of the company. Discussed educational and employment background as well as my motivation to apply for the job. It was an efficient and pleasant interview experience.

The process was simple and easy. I was recruited and completed an interview over Skype. It was a very casual interview where the focus seemed to be more on assessing my English proficiency and determining whether I had an accent as opposed to my ability to teach.
