Business outlook
Pros
On the whole, company staff and co-workers were lovely and supportive. Salary and benefits were good. Schools offered for work by the company (that I worked in anyway) were fantastic - amazing staff and students. Holidays were great (despite the odd make-up day on a weekend) and the company sometimes organized fun, special events. Summer camps were occasionally offered too which were splendid. A fantastic place to work.
Cons
Some teachers were not so lucky and were placed in particularly challenging schools with not very much support.
