Get a screen interview invite straight from HR. The hiring manager is based in Germany. I am clearly over qualified for that position and my intention just to experience how Shark Ninja operation and he can see that I am over qualified and know I know all the answers to his interview. After he knew it, he tried to finish the interview early.

When you do research, it is importantly that you demonstrate you will continuous improve the product rather than an agency you only handover the report ad hoc. This is key for this role.
Brief but amazing! Great hiring manager who was really genuine. Made me want to work there. I had relevant experience from one field removed, but it was applicable. Also was told they like to train their staff and are perhaps more likely than others to recruit people with less direct experience.
