Interview
There were four or five mini-interviews with different department heads, each about 45 minutes long. The company uses this as a means to determine where they think you will fit best. There is some redundancy in interviews, where I was asked to review my skills and experiences. Interviews by the R&D engineers included some brief questions designed to have you think outside the box, demonstrate how you may work with them, and show general engineering knowledge.

Question 1
A ping pong ball falls in to a pipe with a close fit within a room. On a desk is a hammer and a box of Wheaties. You must remove the ball without damaging it or the pipe.
Had a 30 minute call with program manager and spoke about various engineering tasks at school as well as components that might be on the robot and what they do.
