Really awful experience. 3 rounds of interviews with people who could not have cared less about being there. Recruiter was great with communication up until the final round of interviews, where she said she would get back to me 'shortly' with a decision and then ghosted after I followed up multiple times. SharkNinja does not value candidate's time.
It was quite good the HR team stepped me through what to expect first so I felt comfortable with what to expect which was nice. But it was a little slow.
