1 virtual interview on Teams first. If they want to go further, then a other interview in person including tests for excel and english. Interviews are with the hr person and hiring manager.
I was thrown off by the interviewer's awful attitude right away, it was the absolute rudest interview experience I have ever had in my life. I was treated like I was an idiot from the start.
The first question she asked was what skills do I posses that fit the position, so to answer I started detailing my relevant background experience that fit the job description. She cut me off to tell me that she "never asked about my background and why don't I try answering the actual question" then she repeated the question and said "do you think you can actually answer it?"
She must have been able to tell she completely threw me off with her demeanor because then she kept repeating how nice of a person she really was. Eventually she ended the phone interview with a degrading "Okay well, good luck."
I wouldn't accept the job even if I was offered it.
I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ShelterLogic (Watertown, CT) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was relatively easy interview process. I had spoken to them prior to "landing" an interview so they had already expressed what they were looking for in an intern. They also told me the parameters of the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked the basic questions, skills, goals, and ability to work independently/with others. They wanted examples of ways I worked with difficult people and how I would resolve any issue.
