20 minutes before my interview I received an email saying that I was not qualified to apply for the job since I was only a sophomore in college (they wanted juniors and seniors, even though the job posting said "rising juniors" which is what I would be at the time of the internship). I was emailed weeks ago that my application stood out and they were impressed with my experience and wanted to set up an interview. I don't know how they didn't realize I was only graduating in 2023 when I put it on my application. This was very unprofessional, especially to reach out the day of the interview.
