It's been a few months since I went through the process, but I've been meaning to write this review to recognize and appreciate the Shortcut recruiter, Meredith. She was an absolute MVP with coordination and scheduling across multiple time zones, and was extremely accommodating and communicative during the entire process. I heard back within the week after the last rounds of interviews. Everyone I met on team was friendly and candid, and I get the sense that they seem to trust and value their employees. I'd say the interview process was pretty standard – Applied online, and heard back within a week. Overall process was 4 weeks.
