Shropshire Council interview questions

.process was around 1 month. I applied online and received an invitation to interview within 3 weeks. there was a panel of 3 solicitors who were the heads of their respective department. The interview was mainly based on what knowledge and experience you have of the specific area of law, as well as a mix of competency and behavioural questions with fer questions on the council. After the interview you had to sit a 30 minute written assessment on scenarios you may face in the role.
