Interview
The interview process was structured into four stages. First, I submitted my CV and cover letter via email. After passing the initial screening, I was asked to complete a timed, one-hour written assessment, which required writing a two-page essay on a provided topic. The third stage was a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager and the final round was an interview with both the HR manager and the head of the firm.

The overall interview process is smooth and time efficient. There are two interviews in total. The first interview is via Skype. The second interview is via phone call. Just be prepared.

Emailed my resume. Requested to submit writing sample, transcript and other applicant information. Given full information about recruitment package, salary, housing, tax rate etc. Very thorough and comprehensive information. Career FAQ very detailed. Had to write an essay (1000 word minimum) in 1 hour. Skype interview.
