Herring was done in very traditional way of first calling on for interview and fixing a time for it. The director took the initial interview. It lasted for an hour or so. Then after 4 weeks they held another interview with directors. It was a group interview which lasted for 2 hours. Interview was done in quite a professional way. After 2 weeks i got appointment letter
