I went to a hiring event for the new store that was to be opened. I met the manager and then he asked me questions to test my knowledge about the products they sell
The hiring manager was very personable with basic questions. She seemed like a great person to work for. She asked me a lot about my personal life and tried to work well with my own schedule.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sierra in Apr 2022

it was easy. easy questions, easy interview. a little too easy to get a job here, because it's retail. ask you for your resume, asks you about previous experience, etc
