Very poor.
I had two interviews with 3 senior directors.
In the first interview, one of the Directors was from HR.
They decided to put me forward for the 2nd interview, this time with the Commercial Director.
I had my second interview on a Saturday far away from where I live. I took the time and effort to go. I got declined the job because I did not have kitchen experience but the JD clearly said that the Kitchen experience was not necessary.
A waste of time and effort. They should treat people with more respect.
